EzeScan Scanning Integration with infoXpert

The EzeScan advanced document imaging solution has been integrated with
infoXpert providing customers with advanced scanning features including Zonal OCR and
Forms processing and saving the documents directly into infoXpert from
within Ezescan.
The functionality provided by the EzeScan
Pro KFI, Discovery and eDRMS Modules combines high speed Document Scanning with Intelligent Keyword searching to
find information based on different form layouts. It provides increased productivity when using documents such
as Supplier Invoices and Application Forms, so that field information like Name, Address, Invoice
Number, Invoice Date, Amount, Application Details, etc. can be extracted and populated into infoXpert
fields with these values.
The time saving feature provided by the integration EzeScan and infoXpert is that
the document is registered directly into infoXpert without having to save the scanned document and upload into
infoXpert as a separate process.
EzeScan also supports advanced infoXpert features including:
- Assign document to Workflow
- Document Retention settings
- Redacted versions for FOI requests including forms redaction and mark up
histories
