The multi-step Document based Workflow within infoXpert provides a mechanism in which documents can be submitted to one or more defined workflow cycles. The flexible workflow & approval cycles allow documents to be assigned to users for their review, approval, action or completion. - Automatic email notification when new workflow tasks have been assigned or when tasks are overdue - Authors can submit their documents to defined workflows - Supports review comments - Automatic escalation of overdue tasks to supervisors - Supports review notifications for approved and rejected documents - Authors, project managers, domain managers and all authorised users can track the status of documents in workflows - Review history is maintained at the document version level - Personal Workspace Dashboard, where users can quickly access all tasks and documents that they are associated with (e.g. My Subscriptions, My Tasks, Recent Documents, My Profile, etc.) |
