Amlib & infoXpert Online Service Request |
The Online Service Request Management System is available to Australian customers of the Amlib Library Management System and InfoVision Document Management System. It provides the following facilities to customers with a valid Software Support Agreement: Submit Request for Service: Enables customers to submit requests via the web. All requests are automatically assigned a unique Request ID for tracking, and forwarded to an InfoVision officer for review A confirmation message via email is sent to the customer contact email address held within the InfoVision database Track the Current Status of Request: Enables customers to view the current status of their request. Any comments, clarification or request resolution from InfoVision officers are also available for display Whenever a request is modified by the customer OR by an InfoVision Officer "check progress" email is sent to the customer contact email address held within the InfoVision database How to access the InfoVision Online Service Request Management System Contact InfoVision for your Customer ID and PIN and then you can access the system from the hyperlink below. Note: this ID and PIN is different to the Login for the InfoVision Customer Support Portal.
