We recognise that Customer Support Services are just as important as the product itself. That's why we offer the
InfoVision Software Support Agreement.

Services provided to Customers with current Support and Maintenance Agreements include:

• Hotline Telephone Support
• Online Support via Email and InfoVision's Service Request System
• Regular Software Updates (Including Enhancements & New Features)
• Remote Access / Diagnostics (via the Internet using either RDP or VNC)

You will need login to the InfoVision Content Portal using the Login and Password supplied by our organisation. If
you are unable to locate your login and password please contact your InfoVision Support Representative
